Correction maps

Different corrections have been applied to the 2013, 2015 and 2016 data releases, and when available, correction maps are provided in PLA.

The descriptions of these corrections can be found in the mapmaking subsections 3.1.5 and 3.2.5 of the LFI LFI Mapmaking data processing and HFI data processing HFI Mapmaking.
